New Dashboard
The redesigned Dashboard provides a faster and more intuitive way to find patients, review examinations, and access common actions—all from one central workspace.
Dashboard View
A modern workspace combining patient search, examination access, synchronization status, and frequently used actions in one consistent interface.
Patient Gallery View
Displays patients as visual cards with photo previews, tags, examination counts, and details of their latest examination—providing a clear overview without opening each record.
Detailed Examination View
Organizes a patient’s examinations and photos in a structured timeline. Users can review tags, select photos for comparison or export, and manage examination data from one screen.
Patients List
Provides a compact, sortable overview of patients, examination types, and recent examination dates. The list remains fast and responsive even with large databases.
Search and Tags
Unified search helps users find patients and examinations by name, identifier or tag. Multiple tags can be combined to refine the results.
A Smooth Transition to the New Dashboard
We know that adjusting to a new workflow can take time—especially during a busy working day. That’s why you’ll be able to choose between the new Dashboard and the classic view for approximately 60 days after the update. After this transition period, the classic view will be retired. This gives you time to explore the new Dashboard, become familiar with its features, and make the switch at your own pace.
Why We Introduced These Views
The new Dashboard reduces the time needed to find and review patient information. Patient-focused views provide a faster clinical overview, while tags and improved search make records easier to organize and locate. Performance improvements also ensure smooth navigation when working with large databases.
Open Mode
Open Mode introduces a flexible, patient-focused workflow for clinical photography and trichoscopy. Instead of following a fixed examination template, operators can choose the number and type of images required for each patient and clinical indication.
Key Features
Flexible Imaging Workflow
Adjust the number and type of clinical and trichoscopy images at any point during the examination. Capture only the images required for the individual patient and clinical indication.
Multiple Camera Options
Capture clinical overview images using the 3D Scanner, a supported Canon camera, or leviacam.
Ghost View for Consistent Follow-Ups
Display a previous clinical image as a transparent reference during capture. This helps reproduce the same patient position, framing, and viewing angle for reliable before-and-after comparisons.
Multiple Trichoscopy Magnifications/Polarized Light
Quickly switch between 10×, 20×, 50×, 70×, and 90× magnification to capture both larger scalp areas and fine hair or scalp details. Choose between polarized and non-polarized illumination to improve the visibility of relevant hair and scalp structures.
Adjustable Field of View
At 10× magnification, adjust the field of view to locate the parting line and capture the required scalp area more precisely.
Immediate Hair Statistics by Image or Examination Area
View analysis results immediately after capturing a trichoscopy image, without opening a separate module or interrupting the examination. Review measurements for an individual image or combined statistics for a selected examination area.
Short- and Long-Hair Recognition
The established trichoscopy tools for recognizing and distinguishing short and long hairs are also available in Open Mode, supporting more detailed hair analysis.
Precise Image-Location Marking
Mark the location of each trichoscopy image on a clinical overview image or model. This makes it easier to examine the same area during future follow-up visits.
Image Tags (Symptom)
Add tags to captured images to document symptoms and other clinical observations. Select an existing tag or create a new one during the examination, making relevant images easier to organize, find, and review during follow-up visits.
Complete Examination Report
Generate a comprehensive report containing captured images, measurements, marked examination areas, and other relevant procedure information for documentation and future reference.
Keyboard-Free LeviaCam Operation
Control the complete imaging workflow directly from LeviaCam without touching the keyboard. This reduces examination time and allows the operator to remain focused on the patient.
3D Online Consultation
3D Online Consultation brings remote patients into the 3D Transplanner workflow. Using a set of patient photographs, clinics can request a personalized 3D head model and continue the consultation in 3D Transplanner.
This creates a more visual and engaging remote experience, helping patients better understand the possibilities before visiting the clinic in person.
Simple Photo-Based Workflow
Select a patient and add between 2 and 15 photographs. Images can be selected using the file browser or simply dragged and dropped into the consultation screen.
Photo previews appear directly in the workspace, where images can be selected, deselected, and reordered before the consultation is submitted.
Built-In Photo Guidance
Clear preparation instructions and nine reference angles help users capture suitable photographs. Guidance covers lighting, framing, head position, hair preparation, and other factors that support successful 3D reconstruction.
A complete photo guide can also be downloaded as a PDF and shared with the patient or clinic team.
Remote 3D Reconstruction
After the consultation is created, the photographs are securely sent for processing. A personalized 3D model is reconstructed remotely—without requiring a dedicated 3D scan during the initial consultation. Reconstruction progress is displayed directly alongside the patient’s examination.
Seamless 3D Transplanner Integration
When processing is complete, the reconstructed model can be downloaded and opened directly in 3D Transplanner. Users can continue with visual consultation tools, hairline planning, visualisation, hair-loss planning, and report preparation within the familiar 3D Transplanner environment.
Why It Matters
Online Consultation helps clinics connect with patients earlier, even when an in-person appointment is not immediately possible. It turns standard patient photographs into an interactive 3D consultation experience, supporting clearer communication, more engaging discussions, and a smoother journey from the first inquiry to treatment planning.
