Managing TrichoLAB account

How to use your online TrichoLAB account.

The TrichoLAB account is your own dedicated space on the TrichoLAB secure server. Through your account, you can manage your examinations, requests, clinical data and communication with TrichoLAB staff.
You can also keep track of your credits, invoices and full account history.
This is also where you download your Trichoscopy Reports.

🔷 LOGIN & PASSWORD

Use your email address as a login. TrichoLAB strongly recommends using individual logins for every user in your clinic.
Password should have at least 1 capital letter, 1 digit, 1 special character and contain a total of at least 8 characters. You can recover your password from your login page at www.lab.tricholab.com.

When you log in, you can change your password by clicking your email in the top-right corner of the screen.


NEVER SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH OTHER PEOPLE.

For manual image uploading (used only with older versions of FotoFinder cameras).

All requests submitted by yourself can be found under ‘My requests’. All requests submitted by other doctors from your clinic can be found under ‘Clinic requests’.
The list is sortable and searchable.

REQUEST STATUS
Before your trichoscopy report is ready it goes through the following statuses:
New: New request has been submitted.
Auto analysis: First automatic analysis is complete.
Waiting for QA: The analysis is waiting for the confirmation.
Analysis Done: The statistical analysis is done.
Diagnosed: The report with the conclusion is ready.
Rejected: The request has been rejected by TrichoLAB.
On-hold: The request can’t be processed automatically. 

Doctor analysis: You have backup and your examination is uploaded

When your examination is ready (diagnosed) you can generate a report - click: "Generate report PDF". Then under your examination, you have 3 boxes:
Doctor comments: Your comments about the patient (info that you entered after taking images)

Tricholab opinion: Opinion from TrichoLAB, based on photos, your comments and statistics

Doctor diagnosis: Your opinion - you can edit Tricholab's opinion and change it into yours, which is personalized for your patients. You can add here more observations, suggestions, and further steps. Please use edit mode, as information from this box is visible on the report.

How to modify TrichoLAB opinion into your diagnosis:

Click "edit" in right corner above "doctor diagnosis":

All patients
All your clinic’s patient cards

Add patient card
Possibility to manually add a patient card. Usually used in older versions of FotoFinder system with manual requests.

🔹Users

All clinic users
The list of all doctors/nurses/managers with accounts under the clinic account. They can either have access to their examinations only or to all clinic examinations, based on the clinic’s preferences.

Add clinic user
You can add for FREE an unlimited number of users to the clinic.
HINT: TrichoLAB strongly recommends to use individual logins for every user in your clinic.

Balance
Detailed history of clinic’s credits.

Orders
Detailed history of orders with respective invoices.

Buy credits
Online credits store. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal and bank transfers.
HINT: Use credit card payment or Pay Pal to get credits instantly. 

Clinic data both for Trichoscopy Reports and invoices.
