What is it?
Backup is a secure copy of all your examinations and patient data. It ensures that your work is protected, even if your computer fails, ensuring your data is safe and your patients’ records remain accessible at all times.

😶🌫️ How Does Backup Work?
🔹An internet connection is required to upload your data.
🔹Once backup is enabled, all examinations (trichoscopy, trichogram, 3D scans, etc.) are automatically uploaded to our secure server.
🔹You can check the backup status by looking at the small icon next to the examination number:
Blue icon: the examination is safely backed up as a result of:
sending it for LAB analysis, using credits. The information in brackets shows its current status – whether the report is ready or still waiting for analysis.
by using the backup function, the information in brackets will display "secured".
Red icon: the examination exists only locally; there is no copy of this examination
Gray icon: the examination is backed up. Performed on another computer device; can be downloaded to the current computer.
Can I Disable Backup?
🔹You can disable the backup option at any time by contacting us via chat.
Can I Activate Backup?
When you log in to the software for the first time, a window will appear asking whether you want to use the backup function. You can choose Yes, No, or Skip:
If you select Yes, all your examinations will be backed up for one year.
If you select No, the backup function will be disabled.
If you select Skip, the window will appear the next time you log in.
If you initially chose not to use backup but later decide to enable it, please contact us.

Our procedures guarantee that access is strictly controlled, and all backups are fully protected against loss or unauthorized access.
🔹Offline use: Backup works offline and synchronizes automatically once you reconnect to the internet.
🔹Duration: backup is available for one year from the date of purchase of the license (software). In subsequent years, it is available for an annual fee.
