Here are the general steps to export and save your photos correctly

πŸ”· Photo Galerry

  1. Go to the photo gallery tab (in order to use this tab you must first select a patient)

  2. Select the images you want to download - simply by clicking on them. You can select images from one examination or from several.

  3. Click button "save all selected Images"

  4. Choose a place where you want to save your images

Hints:

  • Select the Destination Folder: Choose the location where you want the photos to be saved. Creating subfolders can be helpful to keep the photos organized and prevent them from getting mixed up.

  • Copy the File Path: You can copy the path of the folder where the photos are saved by clicking the relevant icon. This is useful in case you forget where you set the save location.

Note: The error message indicating that photos cannot be exported often appears if you try to export a photo from an incomplete study.

Alternative options:

πŸ”· Right-click on the Photo

You can right-click on the photo and select "Save As" to save a single photo in your chosen location.

You can do it both: in the "photo gallery" and in the examination view

Note that in this case, subfolders will not be created, which might lead to confusion.

πŸ”· Export All Photos from One Study

You can right-click next to the photos and choose to export all photos from a single study. Ensure that all the photos are selected before exporting; otherwise, nothing will be exported.

Please try these steps and let us know if you encounter any issues. We are here to help you resolve this as quickly as possible.
